•All kits will be weaned at 8-9 weeks old. They must weigh over 200grams when weaned.

•Pending means a verbal agreement has been made and deposit is pending.​

•A 50% non refundable deposit is required to put a chinchilla on hold when they are 6 weeks of age or older. If interested deposits should be received in 24hrs after verbal agreement, unless other arrangements have been made or the chinchilla will go back up on the available list. Deposit MUST be received for me to hold your chinchilla other wise chinchilla will be listed as still available. To hold a chinchilla more than 1 week we do require a fee to hold longer. 

•All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. If you change your mind or you are not able to make it to pick up your chinchilla after deposit is received, deposits are FORFEITED.

•Once an animal leaves our care healthy it is no longer our responsibility. New owners are in charge of vet bills, supplies and providing a happy healthy home to there new chinchilla. However we do take our animals back in as surrenders if a customer is unable to care for them anymore at any reason.☆

•We do NOT refund but will take back animals bred by us if an owner is not able to care or no longer can have there chinchilla but will not be in charge of paying for our animals back. 

•We do not replace chinchillas unless they pass away within 7 days of purchasing. If you do not take proper care of your chinchilla or follow the proper guidelines on chinchilla care and your chin passed away we are NOT responsible. We will replace animals bred by us if anything happens within 7 days of purchasing with vet papers if we have any animals available. MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF VET PAPERS.

•We will not replace or refund animals surrendered to us as they have no health guarantee and as we do not know there genetic background.

•SAME SEX pairs I will not sell opposite sex pets to anyone,  if you currently have a chinchilla the new chinchilla must be same sex.

•Pet only chinchillas will not come with a pedigree.

•All my chinchillas are handled daily and are given the best care possible.

•I prefer to meet out front of my home to ensure the safety of my home and my animals.
